Sports you practise or would like to try?
I enjoy various outdoor activities that challenge both my body and mind. Mountain biking, gravel riding, road riding, rock climbing, hiking, and skiing are some of my favorites. Each of these activities offers a unique sense of accomplishment.
Mountain biking, gravel riding, and road riding provide a great sense of freedom and adventure, allowing me to explore new terrains and push my physical limits.
Climbing and hiking offer not only a physical workout but also a mental challenge, requiring focus and determination to reach new heights.
Skiing is exhilarating and provides a fantastic way to enjoy the winter months.Training in the gym is another important aspect of my routine. It helps build strength and endurance, which is essential for all the outdoor activities I enjoy.
Currently, I am also training to row across the Atlantic Ocean this December. This ambitious goal demands a high level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and preparation.
These activities make me feel alive, invigorated, and accomplished. They provide a perfect balance of adventure, challenge, and personal growth
Things for your soul… where or how do you find your Balance?
For my soul, I find balance through a combination of nature, mindfulness, and meaningful connections. Spending time outdoors, whether it's biking through trails, hiking up mountains, or skiing down slopes, allows me to reconnect with nature and find peace in its beauty. The natural world offers a sense of calm and perspective that is hard to find elsewhere.
Mindfulness practices, such as meditation, pilates & yoga, also play a crucial role in maintaining my inner balance. These practices help me stay grounded, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. They allow me to focus on the present moment and appreciate the simple joys of life.
Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with family and friends is essential for my emotional well-being. Sharing experiences, having deep conversations, and supporting each other through life's ups and downs provide a sense of connection and belonging that nurtures my soul.
All of the above - together helps me maintain a healthy, balanced life.
What do you do for fun?
At the moment, every spare minute I have is dedicated to rowing across the Atlantic Ocean!
How would you describe your personal style… your #warriorstyle?
My personal style, or #warriorstyle, is all about simplicity and functionality. I prefer a minimalist approach that focuses on clean lines, classic pieces, and practicality. Less fuss means more freedom and ease in my daily life. Whether I'm gearing up for a mountain bike ride, heading to the gym, or embarking on a new adventure, I choose clothing and gear that are durable, comfortable, and efficient. High-quality, versatile pieces that can easily transition from one activity to another are key. In essence, my #warriorstyle is about embracing simplicity, prioritising functionality, and being ready for whatever challenge comes my way.

Adventurous captures my love for exploring new terrains and pushing boundaries, whether it's through mountain biking, hiking, or preparing for my Atlantic rowing challenge.

Determined highlights my commitment to achieving my goals, no matter how ambitious or daunting they may be.

Do you have any positive advice, or words of wisdom for your fellow strong women?
Always believe in your potential and never underestimate your strength. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Surround yourself with a supportive community that lifts you up and celebrates your successes. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and lean on others when needed. Together, we can achieve incredible things by supporting and empowering each other. Stay resilient, stay passionate, and keep pushing forward.
