Returns and refund policy

Providing you with a high quality product and good service is our priority. We do hope that you love your product as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a refund or exchange (or store credit). Please read, fully, the terms below prior to returning your item.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The returned product must be new, unused and unworn with its original packaging, and with all labels still attached. It is not possible for us to accept a garment that has any indication that it has been worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund issued.

You must include the original receipt that we sent with your package, if you do not, we cannot accept the return.

Please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to pay for the transit of returns. We can only reimburse the postage if the item is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item supplied.

 

How to return your item

To start a return, contact us at returns@wildwarrior.com with the subject ‘Return’ and your purchase/order number.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@wildwarrior.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

As with the returns period, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at returns@wildwarrior.com, state clearly the item you wish to exchange and the size. Please note, we can only exchange an equivalent style of item for a different size, subject to availability.

Should the item be unavailable and we are unable to provide an exchange, you may return the purchased item ensuring the condition is new, unused and unworn with its original packaging, and with all labels still attached for a full refund.  

 

Proof of Postage

We highly recommend that you return your item to us with a recorded delivery service and that you request proof of postage, to ensure safe return of the items. Should your item not arrive back with us, you will need your proof of postage to make a claim with the delivery service. 

As we are not responsible for the safe transit of your return, we reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item does not reach us, is lost or damaged in the post.

 

Non UK returns

For customers that are outside the UK, you are responsible to make returns arrangements through a reliable postal service and the costs required to meet this. 

 

Not received your item?

★ UK shipping times 3 - 5 working days - free delivery.

★ EU shipping times 5 - 7 working days - delivery fee estimate will show at check out depending on the country.

If your item does not arrive within 15 working days (and 20 days EU) from the time of purchase. Please contact us at returns@wildwarrior.com with your order number and name… and we will get to the bottom of the delay!

Please note: Shipping times will increase at peak periods such as Christmas.
